“we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data of
attendees, guests, participants, and website/app users (collectively, “you” or
“data subjects”) in connection with the New Year’s Eve Fireworks event.
We process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws,
including Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and any other relevant
regulations.

opt‑out options or designated limited‑photography areas.
